Sana is a highly experienced Early Childhood Teacher and qualified assessor, currently in the final stages of completing a Master’s degree in Education (Leadership). Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous growth, reflective practice, and high-quality leadership within early childhood education.
With over 15 years of experience across early childhood education, secondary teaching, and leadership roles, Sana brings a diverse and well-rounded perspective to her practice. Her breadth of experience has strengthened her ability to support educators, lead teams effectively, and create inclusive, engaging, and high-quality learning environments for children.
At Mini Masterminds, Sana is a Centre Director and Early Childhood Teacher, where she leads and supports a team of educators while ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs. She is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, strengthening operational practices, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Sana is particularly passionate about mentoring and empowering educators through an empathetic, respectful, and strengths-based leadership approach. She also enjoys working within complex service contexts, focusing on improving compliance, operations, and team culture to ensure educators feel supported to grow and thrive.
Sana is an active member of the Early Childhood Australia (ECA) community and regularly engages in leadership webinars and professional development opportunities. She has completed leadership training with Semann & Slattery and holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management through TAFE. She has also spent several years mentoring pre-service teachers, working closely with Sydney University, Macquarie University, and Victoria University, contributing to the development of future educators.
Outside of her professional life, Sana enjoys travelling and creating fun, memorable experiences with her children.
