  • Support for Early Childhood Teacher accreditation requirements.

  • Monthly training sessions for Centre Directors and Educational Leaders.
  • Educators are supported by each Centre’s leadership team; Area Manager, Centre Director, Educational Leader, Room Leaders and Compliance Manager.
  • 24/7 access to our bespoke online Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Traineeship Program for Certificate III or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. All fees covered by Mini Masterminds and the program is provided by METS Training Services.

Centre Director and Leadership Roles

  • The role of a Mini Masterminds Centre Director is an influential and important position which includes:
    • Managing the operations of the centre
    • Creating a nurturing early learning environment for our Minis
    • Mentoring and coaching your Educational team
    • Building partnerships with your parents and communities
  • Other leadership roles available at Mini Masterminds include Assistant Centre Director, Educational Leader and Room Leader.
  • There are lots of opportunity for career growth through promotions and transfers across our centres.

Early Childhood Teachers and Educators

  • Early Childhood Teachers hold a Bachelor Degree of Education (Early Childhood or equivalent) and our Educators hold either a Certificate III or Diploma.
  • In 2023, the NSW Department of Education introduced an Accelerated Degree Pathway for Diploma qualified Educators to extend their qualifications and career progression. Read and apply for the Department of Education’s Accelerated Degree Pathway HERE.

Traineeship Program – working towards Certificate III or a Diploma

  • Mini Masterminds has partnered with METS Training Services to provide our Traineeship Program.
  • The Program is available to school leavers and career changes, people who are interested in a career in childcare with Mini Masterminds.
  • You must be over the age of 18 to apply and hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • There are no academic entry requirements for the Certificate III Program.
  • To apply for the Diploma of Early Childhood Education you must have completed a Certificate III in Childcare.
  • The Program is a combination of online study and practical workplace experience.
