To ensure our children grow in the best possible environment, we’ve carefully designed and built a modern early learning centre with facilities that cater to their every need and interest. Our centre features multiple rooms created with a child’s developmental milestones in mind, to ensure our children feel safe and secure at each stage of their development. On top of this, we have two fun and exciting playrooms to encourage our children to explore, experience and learn on their own. We utilise both of these playrooms in our intensive prep school program to ensure our children are equipped with the skills they’ll need in kindergarten. It is with these premium and purpose-built facilities that we can assure every Mini Masterminds child is equipped with the tools they need for a bright future.
Mini Masterminds Padstow is at 9-11 Banks Street, Padstow NSW 2211.
We welcome children from six weeks through to school entry, placing each child in the program that suits their developmental stage rather than their age alone.
All three follow the Early Years Learning Framework and are delivered by qualified early childhood educators. As your child grows we work with your family so each room transition feels natural rather than rushed.
As you walk through the door of our Padstow Childcare Centre you can feel the Mini Masterminds difference. Purposeful design for maximum supervision.
Developing confident, happy and curious little people begins as soon as your child starts at Mini Masterminds. Our caring educators and specialist extracurricular teachers build upon each child’s interests and passions and go beyond traditional learning approaches. Our commitment to families is to provide every child with an unprecedented level of Individual Learning, Quality Education and Genuine Care, all of which are guided by our core values.
Individual Learning
We treat every child as an individual and are responsive to their interests, needs and abilities, supporting their overall physical, social, cognitive and emotional development and wellbeing.
Quality Education
We believe that quality education goes beyond just academics. Our curriculum is designed to form a strong foundation for lifelong learning, enabling our children to transition into their schooling years smoothly.
Genuine Care
We partner closely with families, to ensure their child feels safe, happy and confident as they embark on their early years learning and developmental journey with Mini Masterminds.
Behind those, a dedicated Quality, Compliance and Safety team audits our procedures continuously, and a Parent Safety Committee of parent-employees adds a further layer of oversight.
Everything your child needs for the day, so there is no lunch to pack and no nappies to supply.
Menus are nutritionist-designed and meet Australian early childhood nutrition standards. We cater for allergies, intolerances and cultural or religious dietary needs, and an alternative is always available if your child would prefer something else.

Yes. Our Pre School program is a dedicated preschool and school readiness program for children aged three to six. In NSW the terms preschool, kindy and pre-kindy are often used interchangeably for this stage.
Children also use Reading Eggs, and in the year before school receive a transition statement prepared by their educators and shared with their kindergarten teacher.
Yes, all meals are included in your daily fee at Mini Masterminds Padstow childcare, so there’s no need to pack lunch for daycare.
Each day, children enjoy five chef prepared meals fresh on site: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. Our qualified Padstow daycare chef follows nutritionist designed menus that meet Australian early childhood nutrition standards, with seasonal rotations built around fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy.
We cater for allergies, intolerances and cultural or religious dietary requirements, and our Padstow chef works directly with families to tailor meals wherever needed, so every child eats well, every day.
Food is also part of how children learn at Mini Masterminds Padstow. Cooking experiences are woven into the weekly early learning program at our Padstow centre, giving children hands on time that builds early maths concepts, food confidence and an understanding of where meals come from.
We practice and meet all Child Safe Standards that have been adopted and legislated in New South Wales. We have zero tolerance for any behaviour that could compromise a child’s wellbeing, and we act quickly whenever concerns are raised. We work to ensure that we provide an environment that inspires security, confidence and happiness. We know children need safe and secure environments to feel settled and encourage learning.

Availability varies by room and day, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday usually the most requested days across all rooms in our childcare centre.
