About the Role

As a Certificate III Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators while completing your Certificate III qualification.

You will gain practical, hands-on experience across the centre, develop your knowledge of early childhood education and care, and build meaningful relationships with children, families and your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support educators in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences

  • Assist in providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children

  • Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Assist with children's daily routines, learning experiences and wellbeing

  • Participate in observations and documentation of children's learning and development

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care

  • Develop your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), NQS and National Regulations

  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment

  • Participate in training, study and workplace learning as part of your Certificate III qualification

  • Follow all centre policies, procedures and compliance requirements
