Quality and Compliance Manager

About the RoleWorking from centres or our Gladesville Office, the Quality and Compliance Manager at Mini Masterminds is responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's compliance and quality strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all centres. About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within the early childhood education sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and relevant legislation.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, developing compliance strategies, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
