Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and strong Room Leader to join the team at our North Parramatta (64 places). This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) 

  • Valid Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection training/certificate

  • Experience leading a room and mentoring educators 

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire educators
