Enrolments Team Leader - Childcare

The Opportunity
As our Enrolment Team Leader, you’ll oversee our dynamic enrolments and family engagement team. You’ll be responsible for driving occupancy across our network of early learning centres, leading with a strong sales mindset, and coaching your team to consistently deliver exceptional parent experiences. This is a key role that combines strategy, people development and results-driven action.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of enrolment specialists
- Coaching team members in enquiry conversion, objection handling, and follow-up strategies
- Setting and monitoring performance targets, supporting each team member to achieve their KPIs
- Collaborating with Marketing and Operations to align on occupancy goals and lead generation efforts
- Reporting on conversion data and identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Being the go-to expert in family engagement and enrolment excellence
- Managing all enrolment enquiries, applications, and waitlists
- Building strong relationships with families and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with Centre Directors to optimize occupancy levels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally in education, childcare, or service-based industries, however will consider all sales backgrounds
- Minimum 3 years’ experience coaching or leading a team
- Experience in enrolments, customer service, or administration within the childcare/early learning sector
- A results-oriented leader who thrives on targets and brings out the best in others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, empathy, and objection-handling skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Knowledge of childcare regulations and enrolment processes (preferred)
