You’ll be responsible for driving occupancy across our network of early learning centres, leading with a strong sales mindset, and coaching your team to consistently deliver exceptional parent experiences. What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in education, childcare, or service-based industries, however will consider all sales backgrounds
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience coaching or leading a team
  • Experience in enrolments, customer service, or administration within the childcare/early learning sector
  •  A results-oriented leader who thrives on targets and brings out the best in others
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, empathy, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and enrolment processes (preferred)
