As a Room Leader, you will take the lead in your room’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality education, strong routines, and a warm, inclusive environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Room Leader or strong interest in taking on a leadership role

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection training/certificate

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
