About the Role:  

Our Rhodes (Went-worth Point) location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals. These positions would be suitable for Early Childhood Professionals with their Diploma in Early Childhood, or interest in working towards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
• Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
• Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
• Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
• Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
• Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
• Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

About You:

• Compassionate, considerate and kind
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or interest in working toward)
• Current First Aid
• Current CPR
• Working with Childrens Check
• Part Time 2 - 3 days a week - Flexible
