Position Overview

Join the exciting journey of our Brighton-Le-Sands  service, catering for 51 children. As a Diploma Assistant Educator, you will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in creating engaging, high-quality programs that nurture each child’s growth and development.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Room Leader or strong interest in taking on a leadership role

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection training/certificate

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
