Aboutâ¯You
To thrive in this role, you will have:
A current Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
A Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate
A passion for delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging, play-based programs that let children lead their learning
Create safe, inclusive environments that spark curiosity and resilience
Build strong partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
Observe, document, and celebrate growth and milestones
Lead curriculum planning in line with EYLF and National Quality Standards
Role Details
Full-time: Monday to Friday
Location: Mini Masterminds Padstow
