Collections Officer - Childcare Sector

We’re currently seeking a Collections Officer to join our Support Office and play an important role in maintaining the financial wellbeing of our growing childcare network.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building positive relationships, and takes pride in balancing empathy with financial accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing overdue accounts and following up with families in a respectful, understanding manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payment arrangements and correspondence
Liaising with Centre Directors and the Finance Team to resolve billing or account queries
Providing outstanding customer service to families, ensuring professionalism and compassion
Supporting the continuous improvement of billing and collection processes
Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance administration
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to achieving results
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Familiarity with accounting software such as Owna, Kidsoft and Netsuite.
