Childcare Administrator
Mini Masterminds currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and bubbly Childcare administrator to join our Team in Schofields!
Your role will be pivotal in providing a first impression to anyone visiting the Centre, whilst maintaining a professionalism and are welcoming to all.
The job will require:
- General reception duties inclusive of but not limited to answering phones and answering or directing all queries.
- Printing, collation and distribution of all weekly materials.
- Somebody with a bubbly personality, maintaining a smile and a "can-do" attitude.
- Assisting with the day to day operations of the Centre.
- Management of office supplies.
- Filing & Scanning.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office space/environment.
- Ensuring centre in compliant in all seven quality areas of National Quality Framework
- Adhering to National Law & Regulations
- Ensuring the health & safety of children and educators of the centre
- Building trusting and mutual relationships with children and families
- assisting in maintaining in centre compliance
Skills & Experience:
- minimun certificate III in childcare and Certificate III in Administrator ( desired)
- Professional & immaculate personal presentation.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Long term commitment to the Company.
- High level of professionalism and communication.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Current valid drivers licence and own vehicle would be preferred.
