About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of engaging educational programs

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Observe and document children's learning and development

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre

  • Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Current Child Protection training/certificate

  • Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education

  • Preferably 1+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
