About your role:

  • Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
  • Bright, friendly, dedicated, and energetic
  • Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration
  • Ability to lead and develop teams and to work alongside Directors and report to the Area Manager
  • Highly developed time management skills
  • Able to travel to all other centres in Sydney if required
  • Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.
