About your role:

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the service with the close support of a highly skilled and experienced management team,
• Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another,
• Lead our Early Childhood Centre to provide exceptional care and educational programs for our children.
• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

Essential Criteria:

• You must have previous experience as a Director/ Nominated Supervisor in an Early Childhood service (at least one year). 
• Applicants must hold an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. 
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current Police Check (within 6 months). 
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
• Bright, friendly, dedicated, and energetic
• Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration
• Ability to lead and develop teams and to work alongside Directors and report to the Area Manager
• Highly developed time management skills
• Able to travel to all other centres in Sydney if required
• Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
• Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.
