Six weeks to two years

From January 2026, families will be supported through the 3 Day Childcare Guarantee, which allows consistent access to early education.
From January 2026, families eligible for the Child Care Subsidy will receive a minimum of three subsidised childcare days per fortnight, regardless of work or study commitments.
