Swimming is an essential life skill and has been linked to a multitude of physical and psychological benefits including strengthening muscles and joints, building lung capacity and improving coordination. Due to ages, only children 3 and up are able to participate in our swim school program.

Health & Wellbeing

Learning to swim has plenty of wonderful reasons to start early. Research shows that early swimmers perform better socially and academically, and that swimming from an early age enhances gross motor skill development and coordination. Swimming is also known to build endurance, strengthen muscles and is overall a good choice for cardiovascular fitness and let’s not forget it is a life-saving skill.

Life Saving Life Long Skill

Feeling comfortable in the water and being able to swim gives your child confidence. At the end swimming is the only sport which can save your child’s life.

Builds Social Skills

Going to swimming lessons is a great way for children to play, interact and learn to take direction. Swimming lessons also encourage and support social interactions with other children in a fun environment through water play games and activities. Children will also learn how to interact and play safely with others, whilst in the water
