Marketing Coordinator

We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.Your role will be to implement the marketing plan within the Marketing department. You will be working across all centres and your duties will include but not limited to: Graphic design of all marketing elements, content development and some copywriting, managing website updates, open day event promotion and co-ordination, local area marketing, social media, local and national advertising across various media outlets, public relations, attending expos and open days.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person with significant experience that understands graphic design and marketing very well. You may have a passion for creating engaging and persuasive marketing communications and social media content across all platforms. What we can offer you:You must have previous experience as a Graphic Designer and/or in a similar Marketing role You will manage marketing across all of our centres Remuneration commensurate with experienceSupport for a healthy work/life balanceFocus on professional developmentPotential progression opportunitiesSupportive team environmentGreat mentorsVaried, challenging and rewarding roleAbout your role:To manage and ensure consistent branding of our childcare centres and offer support and guidance to our directors with marketing tools and resources You will manage marketing across all of our centresTo work with management and meet financial performance objectivesDirect reporting to the Head of MarketingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)Potential to learn about new areas of marketing (SEO, Adwords, WordPress, Facebook Ads)Co-ordinate all marketing events ie: open days, and expos etcBeing involved in implementing and creating new marketing initiatives and ideas to ensure that each of our childcare centres is reaching maximum potential in occupancy.Liaise with stake holders and suppliers when required.To ensure high quality branding at each centre and seek PR opportunities for centres i.e. exceeding the NQS.Ability to work in a high paced environmentValid Working with Children CheckWilling to be proactive in implementing new ideas and initiativesBright, friendly and energeticHighly developed time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsDesire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centresIf you enjoy a challenge and want to work for a growing company that values you, then this is the right role for you! 60000 AUD Melrose Park 2114
